According to a research by Yale and Harvard Research says Gun violence is spreading faster than HIV. Stats show it brutal affects in only America. There were 10,000 people were killed, about 20,000 took their own lives, about 100,000 people got serious injured due to gun violence in the last year in US.
The government believes that mass shooting is a dangerously growing problem of the country. But gun violence is taking more lives as compare to mass shooting, every year. According to a research one life is being lost in every 15 minutes in America due to gun violence.

Study In Jama
A research team consisting including Yale Sociology Professor Andrew Papachristos and Harvard students Ben Green and Thibault says, it is a major issue for the country, as over 11,000 incidents reported in Chicago during 2014-2016.

Study Sample Population
This research was conducted on sample population which was consisted upon more than 1, 38,000 people. Papachristos says it is should be treated as a public health issue because it is not just a policing problem. 
Becoming Viral
If it remains continue it will grow worse and it will be a cause of robbing more than 33,000 lives and 200,000 people would be injured by the violence. 
Research Expenses
1277 shooting cases reported in just 11 days. The study needs about $1.4 billion but only $22 million were provided for nine years of research.
