Sometimes people consider their
mistake small but these tiny mistakes sometimes cause disasters. Here we have a
list of such stupid and silly small mistake which ultimately took countless
lives.
The Titanic Tragedy
Titanic shipwreck could
have been avoided if Fred Fleet had the binoculars. He could not have it
because it was locked and he could not prevent the impending disaster. It was
all due to a little mistake that company replaced the second officer David
Blair with Charles Lightoller and Blair forgot to hand over the keys to new
second officer Charles.
Joseph Stalin
Joseph Stalin was one of
the world’s most cruel dictators. He was scared of being assassinated and even
security guards were also not allowed to enter his room. One day he did not
come out from his room and his guards could not dare to enter the room to ask
or check about the reason. After passing four days he was found dead in his
room.
The great Berlin Wall
On November 9, 1989,
Schabowski could not read his speech before going to the people to deliver it.
The speech was really long and boring. He started flipping pages for finding
answer when he asked, when does that go into force? He just found blank pages
instead of answer and he realized that he had been fooled. People at The Berlin
Wall were filled up with emotions had reached to the limit. The military stayed
back to keep the situation controlled and the wall came down.
A Wrong Turn for World War
After escaping from a bomb
attack Archduke and Duchess decide to meet the victim of the attack and on the
way Chauffeur took a wrong turn which took their car to the coffee shop
where a person was hiding who was involved in bomb attack. He fired two shots
and which caused Ferdinand death and the World War I set off.
