A Farmer Made A Historical Discovery

Our modern world is full of inventions and discoveries. Sometime inventor spend years and their whole lives to make great discoveries and inventions not only just to make their names or money but for benefit of humanity. But here are a lot of inventions and discoveries which are accidentally occurred. But all the credit given to the persons who found them. Here we have such a story of a great discovery which a farmer made accidentally. 

A farmer moved a rock to get more land for harvesting but he was not aware that he was going to discover such a precious thing. 

The farmer found a big stone on the island of Orkney, which led him to a house which was underground. 

When he noticed that it was something underground he moved further and he saw that it was whole house underground. 

It was not just underground house which he found, he actually discovered the lost city of Skara Brae.  

The lost city is about 5000 years old which make it older than the great Pyramids. 

Most of the city’s part has been destroyed due to buried underground and there are only 8 houses left. 

This is amazing that how an ordinary task lead to the door of such a great and historical discovery.
