Firstly you need to turn off your phone

After switching off, you need to press three buttons (Volume Up, Power, Home) simultaneously and if your phone does not have physical power button then you need to use volume up, volume down and power key simultaneously.

Now your phone will go in Recovery Mode option.

Step 4

You find some options in this mode. Here you need to scroll down and select wipe data/factory reset. This option will be visible with the power button.

Step 5

Now you need to select YES option and after that reboot your phone.
