New Space Suit Replace NASA Traditional Suit

NASA unveiled their new blue space suit for astronauts which will be used in travelling CST-100 Star-liner Capsule. The new Boeing Blue Space Suit is more comfortable because it is more flexible and lighter as compare to the old bulky suits. New suit is made using latest technology which will protect astronauts during launch and while returning into the Earth’s atmosphere. Chris Ferguson tested and showed off the new Blue Space Suite.

Chris Ferguson tested new Star-liner blue spacesuit. The new suit has joint patterns which make it more flexible and it gets perfectly fit to every astronaut. 

The new suit is much lighter than the old one. It weighs only 20 lbs which 40% lesser than the old suit. 

The Star-liner spacesuits have a like helmet, and a wide poly-carbonate visor for expanded vision

The star-liner spacesuit is with a hoodie like zipper helmet and also equipped with a wider poly-carbonate visor for more expanded vision. 

Astronaut Eric Boe says, new suit is simple and form-fitting. Boe also says simple are always good as the complicated systems have more ways to break. 

Boots with the spacesuit are sporty from Reebok and its gloves are compatible with touch screen which will help taking selfies and picture in space.
